No. We own all equipment. Your annual service fee covers commercial-grade LED lights, professional installation, seasonal maintenance, January removal, and off-season storage at our facility.
The earlier you book, the more it works in your favor. First-time clients who book in July or August receive 10% off — plus an additional 10% for a September installation or an additional 5% for October. Your lights go up early, stay dark until you're ready, and your date is locked in. That said, it's never too late to reach out — we take bookings in September, October, and well into November, and we'll always find a way to get your home lit for the season. Returning clients get priority scheduling, and commercial clients should reach out in July or August for the best early-season dates.
Text or call us. We're based in Wheaton and provide same-day or next-day service visits during peak season. Every install includes at least one service visit, and larger installs include more. We'd rather fix it fast than have a dark display on your home.
Yes — commercial is a core part of what we do. Commercial projects are custom-quoted after a site visit.
We schedule removal in mid-January, weather permitting. We coordinate a window that works for you, remove everything, and store it at our facility until the following fall.
